Hi there,
In partnership with North Ayrshire Council, my team and I are hosting a drop-in session at Geilsland Hall next Thursday, 22nd of September, 12 - 3 pm, to hear about people's experiences throughout the pandemic. This is for a project called 'Remembering Together' and will feed into a public artwork for North Ayrshire commemorating the pandemic. This project is delivered by Greenspace Scotland and is happening in 32 local authorities.
We value the opinions of everyone in the community and want to be sure we hear everyone's voices. Please come along and chat with us or participate in our arts and crafts activities. We can arrange transport if needed and there will be refreshments available for attendees.
We hope to see you there!
Warm regards,
Rachael

Hi
I am trying to get in touch with a man who was the postman for the Threepwood area of Beith in the 1950/60s.
I met him a few months ago, and he said he delivered mail in that area by bike when he was 18. Unfortunately I didn't get his name or contact details at the time.
Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
Scott
Hello
I'm looking for any information on the above families, especially William McPherson b1886 who played for Liverpool and several Scottish clubs including Beith Juniors. I know he immigrated to NZ in 1913 but came back. His parents were Duncan McPherson and Mary Dyce. He also had 11 brothers and sisters. I'm the main family historian for this side of the McPherson's.
