 My neighbors everyday smoke weed. It's not a nice smelling one either. Doesn't matter that they smoke it indoors as it is creeping through, Windows all open in the night and mornings. They smoke it at both ends of the day. 

I'm getting very bored of it. 

They smoke it in their home but it stinks. I'm not a fan, as it is so potent. 

Weekends it's smoked through the day, up until now I've just said to myself they can do what they want. I'm actually fed up now, ( it has been over a year). It's getting far too regular to shrug off. 

Do I report them as they are proving that they don't give a left testi? Also how effective are any authority? As it's simply annoying me now. Every night as I go to bed then often woken up at 530 in the morning - even my dog isn't up asking to be let out! They smoke this nasty skunk.

Any replies would be useful links etc, just no daily mail types please, you know what your like, friendly wink. Useful answers not subjective bull.
