To all 9-18 year olds interested in filmmaking!

Hi all,

I hope this post is okay to be on this page! We have recently opened up applications to an upcoming explorative film production we are running in Chester this summer, and wanted to spread the word as much as possible.

Reels Up Creatives have just announced our first explorative film production: I WISH.

Through 10 days of workshops, pre-production and production, 30 young people will take on their own specially-designed role, and play a key part in a professionally structured film production. The project is all about hands-on discovery, and learning how large-scale films are made. You will come on-board already knowing your own role and responsibilities, and you will collaborate with 29 other Creatives, our Reels Up team and Guest Industry Professionals to bring the world and story of I WISH to life. Then, we will get back together at our Film Premiere event to watch your production on the big screen.

The project will be taking place at St Mary’s Creative Space in Chester between June - August this year. There are roles catered to anyone between the ages of 9-18. All that counts is that you are eager to delve into a large-scale film production, and want to take on your own key role!

You can find out more about the production, and how to apply, at: www.reelsup.co.uk/iwish

It’s Reels Up on your film production journey!

Lost: Tag Heuer 200M Professional Silver/Grey Watch - 0 replies

CHough Posted by CHough in Lost and found in Chester on Mon May 2, 2022 7:31pm

Hi. Any help or details regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. I was on a night out in Chester on Friday 29/04/2022, and ended up losing my watch in the early hours of 30/04/2022.

I frequented Popcorn and the Disguisery (Craft and Co), and have made enquiries to both bars who stated that it has not been located. I have logged the watch as missing with the police and also plan to contact the council.

The watch has a couple of distinguishing features such as the clasp, which when unlocked is more worn than the rest which is in overall good condition for its age. The watch is quite slight and has had links taken out to fit my wrist. I have attached a generic photo of the watch (from the internet) to give an idea if someone comes across it.

The watch has some financial value but the sentimental value is far greater to me.

Any information, whether small or large, will be useful.

A reward will be provided if the watch is located.

For further details regarding the watch of the scenario, please direct message me.

Regards.
