Glazing Solutions Warning - 0 replies
If you are looking for Glazing Solutions based upon my horrendous experience, I suggest you AVOID AVOID AVOID #Harrogate Glass Solutions.(HGS)
I required 18 new premium glazing units and HGS confirmed they would supply to my exact specifications. None of the supplied units were of my agreed specifications. As a result my house extension cannot be used as designed and fails building control glazing standards.
When I complained to Harrogate Glass Solutions an angry lady shouted down the phone that HGS no longer supply glazing units and refused to address the problems caused by HGS.
HGS claim on their website ‘With over 20 years experience in the glass industry our team of installers and glass specialists include engineers and joiners who will ensure that your bespoke glass project is custom built with a perfect finish exactly to your specific requirements’
Please ensure others avoid my horrendous experience with HGS, and share this post. If you have similar experiences with faulty glazing units, please share. Media are interested in running this story please copy additional complaints to #RipOffBritain.

In September 29th1958 I first met my wife at a dance in the Grand Hotel Cornwall Road Harrogate.. I have not been there since which often wish we had. I recently found out that it isno longer a hotel and has changed the name to Windsor House. The grounds have changed and not the outside but the interior has. I would love to see any interior photos of the 1958 era as these would bring back. many happy memories of our 63 year of marriage and I my be able to pinpoint the exact position of our meeting which is very clear together with our clothing. I. Do hope someone may be able to help. Thank you.
