Hi, we are considering moving to the Holland Road area and need to know if the road is steep and if Horn Cross Road is steep. This is taking into account we are a couple in our seventies but reasonably mobile.

Any advice welcomed.

I find it very hard to believe that so many people when queuing at the co-op in Elburton block the pavement. making it impossible for people to pass leaving space for safely.  Why when there is a natural area along the front window.It is the same at the butchers all across the pavement, its beyond believe. Wheres your common sense people of Elburton.

I have had an egg thrown at my window and made quite a mess on Wednesday evening. Did anyone else have the same thing happen to them.

Can anyone recommend a handyman in the Elburton/Plymstock area.

Lost my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 mobile phone either at Oreston or Plymstock/ Elberton area either on Tuesday evening or Wednesday. The phone has a blue silicon protector on back

On my way to Chelson Meadow I decided to put my driving licence in my pocket so I would be able to show it on the gate. I had to go to the The Broadway first. Somewhere between Timpsons and The Ark I removed my spectacles case from my pocket and must have pulled out the licence with it. I realised what I had done as I was approaching Chelson Meadow. Turned round and went straight back to the Broadway. Called in at both shops and also asked at the Post Office. Just wondered if anyone has seen someone picking up a licence sometime around 11am on Saturday 26 August?

Glad to say my licence was returned the following day!
