We are looking for a builder who can can help us and looking for any recommendations. We are joining ground floor and garden flats together in Redland. We have planning permission granted and have a structural engineer putting a report together. Essentially it will require one large beam and the opening for the stairs and then some internal walls rearranging and a larger opening to the garden.
Any help in finding someone with good reputation would be great. Thanks
Hi there, I'm planning a move with my family from London to Bristol — extended family, lifestyle, work, and financial reasons are all factors, but we are excited, if a little nervous, about the change!
Our daughter has just started school here in London, but we will need to find a new place for her starting from year 1, post reception when we make the move. We're getting a little concerned with the prospects, finding from our initial research that many (if not most) good primary schools are oversubscribed at reception; so feeling less than optimistic about our prospects coming in a year after everyone has their places.
I'm wondering if anyone has any experiences similar to this, or knows of places becoming/made available from year 1?
Any hints, tips or help would be greatly appreciated!
