Hi Guys,
I’m desperately trying to move to Selsey with my friend who is caring for me. So I’d like some kind of structure for her to live in. I have found something nice actually amazingly perfect on Park Lane. however, it sold subject to contract. It was shown around at the beginning and I’ve been interested in it first came on the market, But because my house wasn’t sold, I lost it.. It is now sold subject to contract.. I have a proposition for the people selling. And if I know this house was guarantee I would carry out with proposition. It would be great if I could speak to the person who was selling, and it would be amazing if the person could contact me so that we could talk over proposition,
if the proposition was accepted,. I am in a position to buy straight away. I have all my ducks lined up! 😂😂😂 my conveyancing solicitor, is a person friend and would complete this transaction fast.

Hi , is any other person suffering regarding getting prescriptions filled at boots and when you querry them you get warned they could bar you
it seems that errors made by them or the doctors are my fault, my only input regarding prescriptions is to tick my medication reqiuired, then tick a box for boots then return it to the doctors surgery allowing 10 days after which the medication should be ready for collection and when it is incomplete or wrong it is my fault, well i am truly sick and tired of it, does anybody know anything about the on line chemists?? are they reliable and any good would appreciate your comments. maybe they will ammend there ways when the chemist no longer requires any body to work for them. I certainly wont miss the queues. tc

Hi guys,
I would like to introduce myself, my name is Debi and I’m new to this forum.
I Currently live in Middlesex. But I am planning to move to Selsey as soon as possible. I intend to hopefully integrate myself into the local community, which I have done here.
I currently volunteer for the stroke Association (communication class) In which I started out as a client. I also volunteer at a local hospital on the stroke ward. I do Makerton, Which is baby sign language. Which I find very useful for people who have lost their voice. The gestures are very very easy and therefore can be picked up easy. I’m not interested in medication, that’s the doctors area, I’m more interested if you want two sugars is in your tea or if your night dress is it itchy. I am also A qualified counsellor, which the tools help me to communicate with people less fortunate.
Well that’s me, and I hope to see you all soon.

hi
i notice the building site has a water settlement area at the corner of drift rd/manor lane, (it is difficult to ckeck, but i susspect the water level is higher than the road it never was full for long, and in the past quickly dried out any water laying in this area) i assume it was dug to soak away the rain water collected by the site or other areas, i also notice it is full of water unlike other water soak aways in the area that are dry as we have not had any decent rain in the area for a while. Can any body explain why it is full of water, i susspect it is affecting the local water table, i was speaking to a man who lives opposite the soakaway area and he was saying"he is getting his garage pit filled in as it keeps filling up with water and does not understand why this is now happening as it never used to"??? I also understand that the area they are building on has flooded in the past and may be recognised as a flood plain/area??
Is all this extra water coming from the holes builders are digging for house footings if so it would seem the water table in the area is quite high and it seems to me that any development on this land is exposed to possable future flooding.
I would like to hear if others in the area are suffering from water ingress that has not occured in the past, that may be due to the above issues. also are we all going to have our flood insurance raised or suffer water ingress problems due to this development or faulty surface water managment.
