My name's Rupert and I'm an undergraduate Geography student at the University of East Anglia conducting a study on how people in Southwold perceive different energy sources, and the effect that the energy and climate crises have had on this. The appointment of a paid “Town Development Manager” is surely a collective admission that the present Councillors are, unlike all previous Councillors, unable to manage the Town. Therefore what is their purpose?
