Hi, I don’t know how many people are aware of the proposed industrial development planned (and passed) on farmland at the back of Asda, but it also includes the closure of Wishaw Lane from the back of Asda to Wishaw ( except for emergency vehicles) . Obviously this country Lane is mainly used by people living in the area and helps to reduce traffic on the main roads. The department of transport are holding a meeting next week about it, if you want to know more please come along - thanks it’s at Newhall Hotel and spa 10 am Tuesday 11 Feb

My husband contacted the council re green bins not being emptied on 18 September. They have replied saying the bins will be emptied today, Tuesday.

Help please missing cat in Curdworth - 0 replies

Small black cat last seen Tuesday 15 August 2017. He lives near the Birmingham/Fazeley canal near the Wishaw Lane bridge and regularly wanders around the towpath and fields area. We have given up hope by now that he might still be alive, but would so like to know what happened to him. He is almost 8 years old and has never gone missing before. He has always rushed home if he was in trouble, for example he was soaking wet because he had fallen in the canal.

If anybody knows anything please could you leave a message at the Post Office in Curdworth as I am not to give my address or phone number here. It's awful not knowing what has happened to him.
