Please have a look at this link to read the story of how one family lost their dog, due to the rules on DFDS ferries.

Please also sign their petition to try & change the rules & policies about animals travelling on ferries.

So angry when I read this! Wightlink provide dog areas on all their ferries on the top deck. All air conditioned and water bowls provided. I hope this firm are forced to change their policy and the law changed to enforce change

Hey Thelma, yes it's dreadful. I have heard that other ferry companies - such as the one you mention are very good - thankfully. Just got to get the word out about DFDS ferries & yes hopefully get the law & their policies changed so that it never happens again.

More signatures means more chance of it happening.
