Problems with my tv aerial

I have had issues with my outside aerial over the last few years getting blown out of position in storms etc so I have gone to the cost of having a new aerial fitted into my tight loft space thinking this would solve my problems. However I now seem to have lost quite a few channels that I watch. I live in a 2 storey house so my usual aerial company said that they couldn’t fix the old external one without a cherry picker! What do others do and who would you recommend could help. I have lost confidence and a lot of money in this company who suggested this was my best option in the first place. Thanks for any help
