Any Information on Frances (Surname unknown)

I am looking for information on my 7 x great-grandmother whom I know only as Frances. She was born around 1698 in Ashby Puerorum  and died in October 1774 in Digby, Lincs. She married a William Elkington (Elkinton) in Digby in 1717 and had several children, including Lydia in 1732. I would be very grateful to know of Frances' maiden name and family.
