Fence building

We are looking for a fencing contractor in the Ashford area. We have a mature laurel hedge (20 metres) that needs to be cut down first and stumps/roots removed. Then a close board fence with concrete posts and bottom boards needs to be erected. Any one know of a contractor who would be willing to do this?
