Hi there
anyone have any experience of buying or living in the new builds in Aston Clinton? Looking to move there. Anything to be aware of ?

Bought detached house at Aston Brook, Bovis development. Really happy with process and purchase. Build good and any snagging problems rectified quickly and efficiently, no problems. Recommend.

Any concerns of large hike in service charges?
