Getting help and information

Hi,
I have a home in Spain and subscribe to 'Talk Quesada'. If I am looking for a recommended tradesman, want to give something away, or just need some help and advice from other members, I use the forums on 'Talk Quesada'.
I mentioned to the site administrator how useful the site was and it was a pity I could not find a similar service back in England and she referred me to this.
Therefore, I hope this site is similarly useful in Basildon. Because Talk Quesada has been established for some time, recommendations for local tradesmen can generally be trusted.
