Dogs

A couple of days ago I noticed dog droppings on the pavement between 39/41 (which are still there), New Road, right next to the telegraph pole. Just how can dog owners be so stupid, ignorant and inconsiderate to other people is beyond me. I have asked the Council if they would send someone to have it seen to and removed. I just wish I'd seen the dog owner and the offending dog. It's not the dog's fault, it's the disgusting owner's fault. I would appreciate other people's views.
