hi all,i am in the process of selling my house and downsizing to cleveleys.can i have your thoughts about cleveleys in general and areas to avoid.my friend introduced me to cleveleys and we spent a few days up there.we liked what we saw but would like a bit more information as this will be our final move,cheers tony
