doctors in or around Cullercoats

Hi everyone ! I have just arranged the purchase of a retirement flat in the beautiful village of Cullercoats and can't wait to move ! However I am unable to find a healthcare centre or doctor with any vacancies ....any idea what I can do as I need ongoing monthly medications for several things ???
Looking forward to finding activities to join in with ...interested in hearing what is available ? I was pleased to see there is still a library when I was there for a week last week ........luckily the weather was amazing !
