Has anybody experience of using Co-operative Funeral Care in Halesworth?

I have had a traumatic experience with these Funeral Directors that are threatening me with bailiffs after sending me a an erroneous bill.  They are claiming that COVID affected their work but my father died a year before COVID!   Please contact me if you have also had problems with them.
