Looking for information about John Isaac Jones born 1877

My grandfather was John Isaac Jones born in 1877. in Llanbedrog. He was the son of Owen Jones born in 1831 in Llangian. Owen was married to Jane born in 1849. I seem to have come to a full stop re Owen as there were others born in the same year in Llangian with the same name I also cannot find the maiden name of Jane. All I know is that Owen was a master mariner. The only information I can gleam from surviving members of the family is that my Grandfather had connections with a house called Rosemont in Llanbedrog and that he had a cousin called Vera/Veronica. I would be very grateful to receive any information that might be available
