Help with preparing to down size my home and workshop.

Hi due to sudden illness I am no longer able to cope with the physical side of preparing to move home. I need to down size urgently and close down my workshop. I am looking for some one to help with the Labour and packing away my home and workshop. I need some help from a flexible person who is able to work full or part days at a reasonable hourly rate.
