Fence realignment

Following the level of the ground, The back fence in my garden gradually rises by about 1ft from right to left (across approx 10metres). I want the fence posts dug up and reset so that the fence is completely horizontal. This will of course mean that some earth will need to be dug out to lower the ground level along the line of the fence where it begins to rise. It doesn’t look particularly pronounced in the picture but it will make a big difference to be able to see the trees behind the fence evenly.
