Where are the best Pokemon Go spots in Looe?

Hi
Me and my family are coming to looe tomorrow (9.5.16) till (16.8.16) and i was wondering where the best spots for pokemon/pokestops are ?
my kids are 4 + 6 and i don't want to be walking miles and miles with them to fine a weedle as they WILL moan .
where we live there is a large park apporx 2 km around the outside (approx 63 acres area) (yes i walk 2k every evening with our dog ).
the only problem is the panel says there are 9 pokemon Near me that is a lot of ground to cover (i have now found 2 spawn points )
