There is a Rooster in Malpas that needs to stop Crowing

I live on Malpas Road and I am constantly being woken up by a Rooster, it crows all through the day and wakes me up at around 4.30am pretty much every morning
I think it is so irresponsible to have this type of animal In a residential area, and after doing some research they aren’t actually permitted in areas of high density housing! I am so sleep deprived by this bird that I am on the verge of calling the council. If anyone else is kept awake by this rooster please join me and ask the owners to consider giving the bird away to a more rural setting
