Farm at top of slack hill

I am looking for a farm, when coming up slack hill from chesterfield, I turned right and it was along this road (don’t know the name of it)
I am looking to get in touch with the owners, I want to say Sylvia & John, but could be complete wrong.
I brought by late border collie x lab pup from them 13 1/2 years ago, I lost him 6 weeks ago. I fetched him from the farm barn, and his mum (black lab) was put in the barn with his remaining brother.
I was wondering if anyone knows the couple from the farm? Or if they still breed dogs, I know they had a litter after I fetched mine. I am looking in the new year or maybe a little later to get another dog, and would love it if I could get 1 from place.
I would appreciate any help and adivece
