New Pilates class Flow Gym

Hi there
I’m moving from Woodbridge in Suffolk to West Mersea in early 2022. I would love to make new friends in my new home town.
I’ve started teaching Pilates at the Flow Gym every Tuesday at 6:00 pm and the next class is 4 January 2022.
If you’ve not tried Pilates come along to a session and it’s £9.00 for an hour. I’ll show you some very easy exercises that you can practice at home.
