My dog attacked in Nailsea

For the second time in about a month, in a field off Morgans Hill Nailsea, my dog has been attacked by a miniature Schnauzer, walked by a young man. My dog is 10 months old and this has done nothing to help his nerves with larger dogs. This last time, I was prepared and put my pup on his lead and took a wide berth from him but the dog saw us and came over snapping and snarling and wouldn't get off my dog. I have twice told the owner this dog needs to be on a lead or muzzled when in public. It's been reported to Environmental Protection at North Somerset who would like to write to the owner. I don't know who he is but dog walkers in the Morgan Hill area of Nailsea, please be aware of this nasty snapping and snarling dog.
