Does anyone have an answer to this?

I understand that the Orsett forum organised a Christmas fayre in the village on 10th Dec 16. Can I ask why the two rubbish bins provided for this event are still sitting on private property at Rowely Court,2 months after the event? Numerous phone calls have been made to Biffa who are the contractors,but never have they been collected. The person who organised these Kim Towlson seems also unable to do anything.can anyone help?
