Fireworks damage on newyears eve

On new years eve after midnight Heavy fire works were ignited and many of them landed in back garden and front driveways in Hill road Pinner and many residents complained. Unfortunately my new car parked in my own driveway , bonnet of my car was damaged by one of them landing on it . Does anyone know who is responsible for the fireworks to prevent this happening again in residential areas in future years.
