Finding relatives!

Hi,
I am trying to locate the immediate family of my late uncle.
He was called Harry Atkinson and lived in Wycliffe Close, Rodley.
He was well known in the area and could be regularly seen walking along the canal with his jack russell dog by the name of Murph!
He had a sister by the name of Joan.
If anyone can help, then this would be wonderful.
