Hi we are looking at retiring to Seaton Carew . Currently live in Peak District which is lovely but NO SEA.!!!

Bev and I are retiring NHS nurses. We used to live and work in Devon where we loved sea swimming SUP boarding surfing triathlon etc. We moved back to Derbyshire ten years ago due to ageing parents. We now want retire and live near the sea. Seaton Carew court our attention several years ago and seems to tick most boxes not least of all affordable property. We are currently getting cold feet of making the final decision to move as we dont know anyone at all in the area .
