As anyone else in Stocksbridge or surrounding areas experienced others stock piling in the supermarkets?

Today I have. Stocksbridge Co op at 10:20am.

Trolley full to brim with not just 4 items of everything but several items:

4 food cans in a pack (4 of spaghetti) = 16

I thought it was four of everything? So shopper should have just taken 1 four pack of spaghetti and not 4 packs?

this is what caught my attention  - the other items were too numerous to mention!!

I was amazed that this was allowed as the government is stating that it should be shared equally.

If the supermarkets are allowing this how fair is this to other shoppers?
