The Celtic Company in Welshpool is open and trading during lockdown selling gifts and jewelry Claiming they are doing Click and Collect which is a scam. A few carrier bags on the floor stating they are orders but if you visit they will serve you!! TAKE NOTE PEOPLE ARE DYING STOP BEING GREEDY SELLING YOUR GREETING CARDS
