Ref-: A suggested draft fish treaty for discussion with European Nations

It is to be decided the exact amount of fish that is in any quota?

Regarding species the definition will be by name for example -: Cod

Each species when filleted will make two fillets these will in the discussions be called "Pieces" and will be a multiple's of two pieces.

So when discussing a quota of fish for example -: Cod

You will be negotiating for permission to obtain and sell an agreed number (Quota) of "Two English Cod pieces"

Negotiations "Regarding shell fish Quotas

It is to be decided the exact amount of shell fish that is in any quota?

Regarding species the definition will be by name for example -: Crab

Crabs are often found in the same place as cod pieces so are

to be obtained and counted singularly.

So when discussing a quota of Shell fish for example -: Crab

You will be negotiating for permission to obtain and sell an

agreed number (Quota) of "English Crabs by 1"

These crabs are to be obtained from the same area as the "English Cod pieces" were obtained.

can anybody add to this draft??????????
