Messages telling me that someone has replied to a topic

How do I stop getting an email every time someone replies to a topic.

Hi tomarun,
At the bottom of each topic reply email you receive there is a link to click to turn emails off for that topic.
Also if you look below the message box when you are replying to a topic you can un-tick the box where it says - Tick this box if you would like to be emailed when someone replies to this topic.
