Hello

I am interested to know as looking to buy in the area whether the alleyway coming off princes road and connecting with the street behind closest to the canal, whether this alleyway attracts any nuisance or issues? (e.g. fly tipping, teenagers congregating or whether children are seen kicking a ball off the side of the properties)?
