Welcome to those that have recently joined our website. For those that haven't yet joined, it's free to sign up and open to anyone to use our website no matter where are you in the UK!

Our aim is for local towns to have their own friendly forums to chat and swap useful info. If there's anything you'd like improved or changed please let us know as we are happy to hear suggestions and feedback.

Once signed up you will see a box on the right (or near the bottom on your phone) where you can Invite Your Friends. Please do spread the word to others in your community who you feel might also be interested in our site!

In addition to our discussion forums and exchanging useful info, we also have business listings for anyone wishing to promote their business - but this is kept separate from our discussion forums.

Our website is fairly new and we are always looking for feedback from our members. In the next few days we'll be launching several new features to make our site better:

  • a page that lists all the latest posts in your area and nearby, so you don't have to navigate through our different sections.
  • Updating your daily and weekly email newsletter to include posts from areas nearby.
  • a tick box to turn on and off email notifications when you reply to a topic
  • make it easier to Invite your friends.

Please let us know if you need anything else or have any questions and we'll be happy to help

Alex and Jan

great stuff Alex and Jan! a couple of suggestions:

1. Starting a book group(s)  but sticking at 8 members per group per meeting so as to keep it friendly and intimate where everyone feels comfortable about speaking out, even if they disagree with everyone else!

2. Im semi-retired but still work and very active and thought about a coffee morning group, meeting up in a local cafĂ©/someone's flat where we can chat about topical/off-the-wall stuff.

Do you think there would be any interest in such? Sort of creating an active Belsize Park community!
