church-at-home is an internet church. Anyone and everyone is very welcome to join. Currently our meetings are held online including a "getting-to-know-you" meeting which gives everyone the opportunity to meet and chat with other members in a Christian environment. However, you do not need to be a Christian to join us. The church is open for everyone and you will be warmly welcomed. Perhaps you used to attend church or still do or perhaps you've never attended church but are inquisitive. Whatever the reason is, you are very welcome to taste and see for yourself. For more details please visit our website https://church-at-home.weebly.com/

Our holiday football schools are dedicated to teaching children from the age of 5 to 14 years old. Holiday courses consist of lots of technical drills and all holiday football camps involve many fun football related games such as Football Golf, Football Cricket, Assault Courses, Dodge Ball to name but a few. We endeavour to give every child the same chance to improve their skills and knowledge of the game as well as nurturing their individual talents through carefully planned and structured sessions so that the children learn while having fun with friends in our fun-filled environment. Our football holiday camps are run by F.A. qualified coaches all of who have a minimum of Level one football coaching qualification, they are all DBS checked and first aid trained. All participants must bring a packed lunch, plenty of fluid, change of clothes, appropriate footwear (moulded boots or trainers) and wear shin pads.

While losing weight is difficult for many people, it is even more challenging to keep the weight off. Most people who lose a large amount of weight have regained it 2 to 3 years later. One theory about regaining lost weight is that people who decrease the amount of calories they consume to lose weight experience a drop in the rate their bodies burn calories. This makes it increasingly difficult to lose weight over a period of months. A lower rate of burning calories may also make it easier to regain weight after a more normal diet is resumed. https://shrinke.me/wxuQd

Lockdown won’t last forever, and when it ends, many people will be sick of being stuck at home watching the same rubbish on TV. Well, now, you can do something about it! Send me your ideas for new TV shows, or old shows you’d like to bring back, maybe out of nostalgia! Or maybe even become involved with my proposed new channel one day! It’s up to you. .... For people in North-West England ONLY.

A trail running group for adults, who really enjoy or want to enjoy getting out on the trails and exploring, without having to worry about where they are going or how safe they are on their own. There will be sessions that suit beginners, sessions that suit improvers and sessions that will work on specific trail running skills. These will change fairly frequently and we will decide as a group what sessions will benefit everyone. The runs are currently free, there will always be free runs but in the future some will be paid runs or workshops. Who Leads these groups? Perry Stock Leader In Running Fitness, (LIRF) with England Athletics.
