Finding my grandad

Wondering if anyone can help my disabled mum speaks to her dad every few weeks on the phone for some unknown reason the number she has for him is no longer in use..she does have 2 siblings but unfortunately has no contact numbers for them as they weren't close..my grandad is getting on think he's about 98 we are so worried something has happened to him and we have not been told.. can anyone help as dont know where to start ty
