On New Year’s Day I converted one of my best-selling books “The Queen of Pantomime” a book about the life of Miss Freda Compton MBE. Miss Compton was responsible for staging an annual pantomime in Hartlepool that donated over £100,000 for charity. She also taught many pupils who went on to establish their own dancing schools in Hartlepool and beyond.
John’s “not for profit” book on the life of Miss Compton published in 2017 raised money for the Hartlepool and District Hospice and now the e-book version is available to readers. You can order your copy of the free e-book from: johnriddle12@yahoo.co.uk
