Hi all,

I live close to Cheshunt Park, which is a lovely park, I took my son out in his stroller in the dryer months last year for walks but since the autumn I've struggled to go there to get out with my son in this challenging time of covid. The problem with this park is there are no decent cement path ways to walk comfortably and it appears the park is only good for dog walkers which I have no issue with only that those of us that have young children in strollers, runners and those less physically able can't go for walks in the wetter months safely or with ease, to me this feels like a lack of care from Broxbourne Council and also discrimination. I was wondering if anyone has contacted the council  to challenge them on putting proper walk ways in cheshunt park so we can all enjoy the park and also reduce carbon emissions by walking locally rather then driving to another park that does have proper path ways such as the Lee Valley park or gun powder park? Thanks so much and keep safe, Gulen
