83 year old retired English literature professor keen to meet like minded friend of similar age and background?

My lovely dad lives in Chester and is in need of a friend with a similar background and age. He’s a retired academic has travelled the world and finding it hard to find friends, particularly at the age of 83! We’d love for him to meet up over a coffee in Chester.
