Wanted small field or area of agricultural land with access

We have family in Clitheroe and we wish to move to the area in the next year, therefore actively searching the area for a house or bungalow. Ideally with large enough garden for my next point. Our granddaughter, with slight learning difficulties, loves animals and therefore if we cannot find a suitable plot as described above, I would like to purchase a small piece of agricultural land to set up a small animal compound for her to learn how to look after animals and care for them. I appreciate your assistance.
