Has Anyone Seen Vinnie? Missing from West View, Clitheroe, BB7 1DG.
On Monday 26th February Vinnie went out at 6 pm and we have not seen him since. For the last 14 years Vinnie / Victor / Vittorio has been a fixture on West View, greeting visitors to his street. He is 14 years old, mainly black with a patch of white on his chest just beneath his chin, white paws and a very distinct tail. The latter forms a downward arc from a RTA some years ago. His elderly owners died last year and he lost his home and loved ones.Vinnie is a character and has entered many homes on West View, on a number of occasions being locked in there unknowingly. Over the years many of the rooves have been trod by Vinnie not always successfully. At times he has unknowingly been taken on a car trip before the unwitting driver found him on the back seat unconcerned. If anyone has seen Vinnie since 6 pm on Monday 26th February, or have any information on his whereabouts please could you contact me. His presence is very much missed and we are extremely worried about his safety, and care. It is not the same without his welcoming presence.Thank you
