Need a plumber

My 93 year old father is likely to be sent home to Kington from hospital but does not have a functioning toilet. I have failed to locate a plumber to replace the existing toilet. Does anyone know of a plumber who could do this in a hurry. No-one seems to be answering phones at the moment.
