Excessive shotgun shooting.

Hi all.
I live in the Wheel Lane area of Grenoside, and am just about at my wit's end over the continual close banging of Shotguns in the fields around us. The shooters are obviously shooting pigeons, but we get it just about all weekend and almost every weekday evening - it's close enough for the shot to be rattling down on greenhouse roofs - not to mention the fraying of nerves. Has anyone had any success in complaining - and if so - to whom?
