Functional Fitness MOT Event at Cosy Hall, Newport - Saturday 20th November.

"The
FF MOT is a one-to-one fitness test of strength, balance, flexibility, and
stamina which measures performance against what is ‘normal’ for your age.
Seven simple tasks are measured by a trained instructor, followed by a
conversation about current and possible physical activities. The session
also includes a short film and talk about reducing the risk of falling, with a
demonstration of ways to get up from the floor after a fall. There will also be
the opportunity to participate in a short taster session in a gentle exercise
class".
