I am a 200 hour qualified vinyasa flow teacher, having completed my training with the fantastic Level Six studio in Peckham.

I'm currently teaching a weekly vinyasa flow class at the brilliant Ivy House pub in Nunhead.

A 60 minute vinyasa flow class suitable for all levels at the delightful Ivy House pub in Nunhead every Sunday 9.45am - 10.45am. £8 per person and mats are provided.

Whether yoga's totally new to you or you're very familiar with the practice - everyone's welcome in the Sunday morning Ivy House yoga community.

Expect creative sequencing, fun tunes and lots of variations all in a non-judgemental environment. For me it’s all about the journey - it's the ‘doing of things’ more than the end goal and we'll explore this through a focus on transitions, how the practice feels, and enjoying giving things a go. There's always a strong focus on breathwork and often a slow (but still strong) pace.

I also offer private 1:1 classes to suit your schedule and the length of time you would like to explore yoga (a single class or a series) - whether you would just like the opportunity to explore yoga in a private setting, would like support with a particular area or are a total beginner to yoga, I can tailor a class or series to suit your needs so please do get in touch!
