Meditation for wellbeing

Hello I am looking for a local group that meets on a regular basis for meditation classes. I used to attend monthly sessions in Portsmouth but due to poor health and being unable to drive the distance is now sadly too far so somewhere local (closer to Pagham the better although getting to Bognor and pissibly Chichester is ok) would be ideal. The only ones I have found recently are those in spiritualist churches. These are fine as have done this before but anything would be interesting even Mindfullness.
If I can't find anything may resort to creating a get together myself for like minded people in the community!
