Moving To The Area
Hi.
I hope that you don’t mind my crashing your forum.
Our son and family have recently moved to Three Legged Cross. They are loving life there but are still very new to the area. My wife and I have always desired to move down to the area, which has now increased given that we will now have family there.
We are considering a number of locations (New Milton / Hordle / Everton / Highcliffe / Three Legged / Fordingbridge / Alderholt, however Verwood is our firm favourite based on internet research and drive-around.
We will be retiring when we move, so will be looking to spend our Autumn / Winter years there, and will be looking for a bungalow as my wife has mobility issues.
Does anyone have any comments on any of the areas mentioned above, though we are really interested in the inside track on living in Verwood (amenities / crime / areas to avoid etc).
